I love creating realistic digital typographic mosaics to commemorate my travels. While working at Louise Fili Ltd, I've developed a technique for creating these fauxsaics that I'll be sharing in an upcoming online class, so stay tuned.

New York-based designer Nicholas Misani merges travel, design and typography beautifully in his new project, Fauxsaics. While the images look like photos from someone standing on a mosaic floor, Nicholas is able to create these hyper-realistic images digitally, inspired by the places he visits and a love for mosaic lettering.
