One of our favorite designers, New York’s own Karim Rashid, has completed the design of an all-new SoHo condo, set to officially open in 2017. Featuring 8 to 10 units, the building will sell for roughly $3,000 per square foot (the median price per square foot for new developments in SoHo is currently $1,914). Considering the popularity of Karim’s designs and his astounding track record, we get the feeling the building will fly off the open market as soon as its complete.
