2016 Wildlife Photographer of The Year Winners

Take a look at some of the winning images from the 2016 Wildlife Photographer of The Year awards, presented by the Natural History Museum. The photo above taken by Tim Laman won the grand prize. It showcases a young male orang-utan high up in a canopy on its way to feast on figs. Winning photos were selected from over 50,000 entries from 95 different countries. An international jury selected images based on "their artistic composition, technical innovation and truthful interpretation of the natural world."
