As you view this on your iPhone or Mac, remember that one day in the not so distant past, devices like cell phones and computers looked very, very different. In this photo series by James Ball, old computers like the IBM 1401 and Alan Turing's Pilot ACE were photographed at the National Museum of Computing and brought back to life with the help of production studio INK.
