When Saigon, Vietnam comes to mind, many of us automatically think of that war that should have never happened, but in reality, the city today is a hub of culture, food, art, and excitement. Says video director Rufus Blackwell, "Saigon, known for its French colonial architecture and its bustling streets is a beauty to behold, a rush to experience and a treasure to capture."
